Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing Maison Luna! We're excited to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods:
We currently ship all orders within the contiguous United States (exclude Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories).
Other Locations. If you would like to place an order for delivery outside of our standard shipping area, please email us at info@maisonluna.com with a list of your desired items. We will be happy to provide you with a personalized shipping quote.
Shipping Costs:
- Standard Rate Shipping (3-6 Business Days) with tracking: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6.00 on all U.S. orders below $65.00 (before taxes).
- Free Shipping (3-6 Business Days) with tracking: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $65.00 or more (before taxes) within the contiguous United States.
Processing Time:
All of our candles are handmade, and to provide you with the best quality, we need 3-5 days of curing time. Once your candle has cured, we strive to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days. Packages are shipped Monday to Saturday from Fairfax, Virginia.
Order Cancelation:
We understand that things can change. If you need to cancel, please be sure to email us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@maisonluna.com.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Standard USPS shipping typically takes 3-6 business days once your order is shipped.
International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping options.
Address Accuracy:
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Maison Luna is not liable for packages that are undeliverable or mis-delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Should an order be returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipment fees.
Shipping Liability:
Upon leaving our studio, packages are entrusted to the designated shipping carrier. Maison Luna's responsibility for the package ceases at this point. We are not liable for any packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen during transit. Customers must file any claims for such incidents directly with the shipping carrier.
