Refund policy
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL:
- All items sold by Maison Luna LLC are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than the exception outlined in this policy.
2. EXCEPTION:
- The only exception to our no-refund policy is if the purchased item arrives damaged.
3. DAMAGE UPON ARRIVAL:
- If you receive a damaged item, you must contact Maison Luna LLC within 14 days of receiving the product.
- To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide proof of the damage by submitting clear pictures of the damaged item to info@maisonluna.com with the subject line: re damage item request refund/exchange.
4. REFUND/REPLACEMENT PROCESS:
- Maison Luna LLC will review the provided pictures. If the damage is verified, we will offer either a full refund or send a replacement of the exact same item per your instruction.

6. DISCLAIMER:
- Maison Luna LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement request if the damage is deemed to be caused by improper use, mishandling, or if the request is made outside the specified timeframe.
7. UPDATES TO POLICY:
- Maison Luna LLC reserves the right to update or modify this No Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
